Items are found on the beach every day. It’s not out of the ordinary but if you’re like me, the only items you find are seashells, seaweed, and the occasional hermit crab. To some people these items may be of some significance but they are nothing compared to the other amazing discoveries people have found washed ashore on beaches worldwide. There is still no explanation why.
Rumors spread that it belonged to a sea monster but was later discovered to belong to a swordfish.
The bottle was one of 1,020 released into the North Sea between 1904 and 1906 by scientist George Parker Bidder who was researching sea currents.
Some people think it was the Chupacabra.
Zoologists and the East Hampton Natural Resources department have come to the conclusion that is a “dead, bloated and decomposing” raccoon.
