There was a beautiful eruption of 8 million multi-colored flower petals that fell on a small village in Costa Rica. This gorgeous display was all part of Sony’s advertisement campaign for their 4K Ultra HD line of television sets. It took 2 weeks to collect 8 million flower petals, weighing about 3.5 tons. A special effects team brought in several wind machines to blow the petals around and create these amazing sights. The reason they used 8 million flower petals is because that’s the number of pixels on the 4K TV screen. The video will be used to show this new ultra-high-definition screen’s sharp display and color.
