We have seen proof of unusual friendships in the animal kingdom; from a dog with baby chickens and even a baby chimp and a lynx hanging out together. When you find a friend, you don’t let go regardless if they are of a different species. A seal on the beach of Cap Ferret in southern France, felt a strong connection to a yellow Labrador. The marine mammal nicknamed *You* by locals, is known for being outgoing. The seal is popular, not shy to approach humans and swimming on their surfboards just like a canine. In the video, *You* snuggles up to its new friend. Even placing its large paw on the pup and nuzzling up to its neck. It is not clear if the lab lives close by. It would be great to witness their friendship flourish along with the many adventures the two can have together.
