This is one of those rare stories that’s equal parts tragic, bittersweet, and utterly mind-boggling stories that you simply don’t hear everyday. Warning: You might need a few tissues for this one. Army specialist Justin Rollins died in Iraq, but the night before he was killed, a very important photograph was taken: It was the soldier, holding a puppy. After his death, Rollins’ family wanted to find the puppy that was with him in his final hours. They did, and now the dog lives with them back in the states.
