Eight-month-old Woody Cranmer was devastated when he and his family realized that his teddy bear, Pooh, had been left halfway around the world. The British family was vacationing in Buenos Aires and unintentionally left Pooh behind. The toy also had sentimental value: Woody’s father, Scott, was given Pooh when he was a boy. Instead of making the family fill out a lost and found form and forgetting about it, the good British Airways located the bear and sent it back to be with its rightful owners. But they did much more than that, too: They also documented the bear’s journey home.
