Fila is an 8-week-old elephant who was abandoned by her mother. She is now being raised by four volunteer students, Abigail Hearn, Lisa Olivier, Paige White, and Melissa Dora at the Knysna Elephant Park in South Africa. The three women provide her with round the clock care, they even sleep with Fila. After Fila gets older and eventually accepts the elephant herd family she will no longer need the nannies, but until then they will stay with her.
