Bruce Townsley is a former social worker from Chicago, and the following pictures are of his bachelor pad. What makes them so special…? Well, he lives in a nuclear missile silo. In the mid-80’s, Bruce tracked down a missile silo real estate agent. After many years of contemplation, he finally pulled the trigger (pun intended) in 1997 and bought the property. Mr. Townsley said he wanted a project that would “keep him busy for his entire life,” and that’s just what he got! See the pictures below of his amazing subterranean lair.
