Children may not articulate it to their parents but they know all the hard work and sacrifice that comes with raising a family. Sometimes parents give up a dream to focus on what is needed to move the family forward. Trips, cars, shopping sprees are irrelevant when you need to put food on the table, a roof over their heads, and so many other necessities that take priority over their own needs and wishes. There are not enough words in the dictionary to say thanks, instead, showing love, spending time together, and having a strong work ethic, are just some of the ways adult children show gratitude. Except, for some kids they feel a strong urge to attempt to give back with more than just saying thank you.The two gave their mom a surprise she will never forget.
Daniel asked his mom “Hey mum, you know how for years you’ve wanted a BMW? A new car? Well, they got a push bike that’s coming out,” he joked.
They kept the car in her garage before the surprise with a huge, red ribbon on it.
“I’ve wanted to do this for 10 years, and today a long term dream came true,” he wrote on his Instagram post. “Hard work pays off, and that’s something our Mum taught us from a very young age that we’ll never forget.”
Their mom overcome with emotion said “No, no you can’t do this.”
He owns and operates a state of the art gym.
“A little gift to show her how much we appreciate everything she’s done for Jason and I,” he wrote.
