A stray dog was spotted with a plastic pet feeder stuck on his head in Northwest Harris County, Texas. [Audra Bohannon][1] and her family tried catching him for weeks, but he always ran away. Finally, they were able to sneak up on him while he was asleep under a bridge. Using metal shears, Bohannon cut the jug open to free the dog.
