Pascale Honore was in a tragic car accident that left her paralyzed and in a wheel chair, but that didn’t stop her from pursuing her dreams. With the help of a Tyron Swan, Pascale was able to get into the ocean and surf. They used duct tape to strap her on his back. Watch this video.
