Millions of fans around the world are anxiously awaiting for the latest instalment in the Star Wars franchise. Although, for the people of Odessa, Ukraine, seeing the Sith Lord in-person is no big deal. Darth Mykolaiovych Vader changed is name legally to ensure his full immersion into the world created by George Lucas. Vader’s transformation into the classic movie villain came complete with a thirst for power. He ran for mayor in the town but clearly didn’t use his Jedi mind-tricks to win, instead placing 15th out of 42 candidates. Once you see his photos, you’ll realize Darth Vader is a lot like us, living an ordinary life complete with mundane tasks like housecleaning, grocery shopping, and walking the dog. The difference is, his wardrobe is way cooler.
