[Ines Opifanti][1] does not believe that people and dogs look alike after years together. The photographer from Hamburg, Germany, simply thinks that canines can make the same expressions as their human-counterparts. She also notices that it’s the owners who seem to imitate their pups. This new discovery led Opifanti to create [*The Dog People*][2] project. Opifanti photographed over 30 people and dogs posing for the camera. She shot the tail-waggers first and had their companions imitate the same look. She may not believe the two species end up looking similar but these photos may prove otherwise.
