Last Tuesday night, 8-year-old Liam Fitzgerald got to sit on the bench during the Boston Bruins pre-game. The little boy has Down Syndrome, and has had a tough challenge battling leukemia, but after many rounds of cancer treatments, Liam has been free of cancer for almost two years now.
