Let’s be honest, waking up in the morning is one of the hardest thing to do for most of us. No one wants to leave their soft, comfortable, and warm bed only to get into a cold shower. And then there’s the long commute to work, not to mention having to deal with co-workers who hate mornings as much as you do. It’s really a miracle that we leave our beds at all. But the reality is that we have work to do and we can’t stay in bed all day, as tempting as that may be. People know if they are a morning person or not, they know the struggle to get up is real. And knowing your weakness is the first real step at knowing how to do better. Some very clever and creative people have found the perfect way to wake up every morning. Some of the measures may seem pretty extreme for most of us, but hey if it works then we may need to apply it to our morning wake-up routine.
