Most people dream of exploring the world, getting to visit and learn about different cultures and its people. The responsibility of everyday life tend to get in the way of getting to explore the globe like a nomad. Don’t give up on that dream yet. It may take time, but it can happen. As it turns out, animals also get the travelling bug, wanting to see the wonders of the globe.”We adopted him while we were living in Korea from a veterinary office. He was only five weeks old and had a respiratory infection but the vet was great and helped us fix him right up, he turned out just fine! He was still a little puff of energy,” the family recalls.
Gandalf has visited two countries and nine states to date. According to his beloved human, “He loves his leash! As soon as we pick it up he runs to the door and sits down for us to put it on. He is a travel bug.”
“He is an indoor-only cat with the exception of leash time. We started taking him out with us since he was just a few weeks. He loves it! He still gets the outdoor experience and we get to share in all of his adventures,” his humans admit.
“He seems to enjoy all of the attention! He is our everything. We can’t imagine life without him,” says the lucky human. Gandalf even has his own passport.
The pampered kitty has a rain coat of his own because of his dislike to raindrops. “We knew we won the kitty lotto once we got him home,” Gandalf’s person says.
He has over 27,000 followers. “We first saw Gandalf in a pet hospital in downtown Seoul, South Korea. He was tiny and precious with a cute little meow,” his person says.
“He loves the birds and all the views and the smells. His face may not fully express his enjoyment, but his enthusiasm tells it all,” Gandalf’s human wrote on Instagram.
