Country singer and songwriter Glen Campbell was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2011. The 78-year-old was moved to a special care facility in Nashville last April. Campbell is best known for his song “Rhinestone Cowboy” and “Wichita Lineman.” It’s been two years since he’s performed in public. His final ballad, written for his wife, titled “I’m Not Gonna Miss You” is a heartbreaking combination of joy and sadness. This song will touch your heart.
