A herd of alpine ibex were scaling the vertical wall!
It’s believed that they like to climb the damn to lick the salt and minerals off the bricks, and because they feel safe from predators.
Don’t worry, it’s looks more difficult than it is. Ipex are great climbers because their hooves have rubbery, elastic pads with sharp edges that make it easy for them.
