It’s that special time of year again: Children look expectantly out their windows for signs of Santa Claus, the smell of baking cookies almost constantly fills the air, and everyone seems to be in the festive spirit. Best of all, Christmas is the time when we get to listen to beautiful, seasonal music, including soaring church hymns, joyful tunes sung by carolers, and the inspired bleating of a chorus of goats.
