Usually when most people travel or go on vacation, they purchase a souvenir from the place they traveled to. Often times this is some type of apparel stating the location they visited. Sam Barsky isn’t like most people. Instead of buying a souvenir t-shirt, he knits a sweater or the location prior to visiting. Then once he’s at the location, he takes a photo of himself wearing the sweater there. Talk about inception! From the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge to the Stonehenge, Barsky has been all over with his special sweaters! Check out some of his photos below. We must admit, this man’s knitting skills are pretty impressive.Your visit is incomplete without it.

Just look at the detail in that tower on his sweater.

Too bad the real fountain isn’t as green.

And make it look like it came straight off the rack!

They feature animals as well, such as llamas.

And when he gets the right opportunity to wear them, he does.

It’s as if an actual photo of the scenery was printed onto his sweater.

That’s not something just anyone can whip up!

Not at the location of his sweater, but instead hanging out with the actual people on his sweater.

If only the creator of the stone hedges could see this man’s sweater now.

As you can see, he decided on the most vicious fish of them all.

He doesn’t discriminate with what he features on his sweaters.

His designing is just that good.

It’s taking fan art to another level!

The sweater would look like an ordinary one if it weren’t for that little palm tree.

But it’s definitely fitting to his background. I’m guessing Palm Springs?

His baseball stadium couldn’t be anymore on point.

The colors actually match his background perfectly!

Sadly there’s more pumpkins on his sweater than in the actual photo.

Wear sweats on the bottom and you’ll still look stylin.
