President Obama saw a lot of cute kids dressed up as superheroes, princesses, and ghoulish characters for the annual White House Halloween. A toddler, however, dressed as the pope was the president’s favorite. Upon seeing the mini-pontiff ride on his popemobile, Obama laughed, pointed to the child, and declared, “top prize.” The boy was among the hundreds of children from military families attending the festivities. The Obamas handed out cookies, M&M’s, kettle corn, and fruit bars. They also gave out baseball cards featuring their dogs Bo and Sunny.
