There’s something about Chester’s face that is simultaneously heartwarming and heartbreaking. In spite of the fact that this is one of the cutest pups we’ve ever seen, **he has been searching for his forever home for over six years.** Unfortunately, [Chester][1] is a pit bull, a breed that has gotten a bad reputation over the years. In fact, pit bulls are the most common dogs found in animal shelters, many of them eventually being put down when the shelter can no longer house them. In an effort to keep Chester from becoming a statistic, his shelter has released these photos, including one with this sign.
