It’s one of the most compelling photo projects circulating the Internet, and the source of inspiration comes from an unlikely place. For this project, London’s homeless were given a chance to express themselves by taking photos. Given free disposable cameras, the participants were encouraged to photograph what they saw around them in London. 100 cameras were handed out, and 80 cameras came back filled with 2500 photographs. Choosing amongst them must have been a difficult task: 12 were used for the Cafe Art “My London” calendar for 2016. You can see the incredible images below.
