She Snaps A Deadly Crash Site, But A Closer Look At The Photo Reveals The TRUTH. November 16, 2018

It takes a very special person to become a police officer. After all, these hardworking men and women can go from helping deliver a baby on the side of the road to dealing with the most heinous crimes most of us know will never know about. The men and women in blue often see the most despicable things human beings do to each other. Still, they choose not to be hardened by the horrific things they see. While we hear of bad cops in the news abusing their power, the majority are good people living the motto to “serve and protect.” Many do kind acts every day knowing full well those good actions will not make it on the evening news. Thank goodness for the power of social media, we get to see a little glimpse of all the good cops doing their job without expecting a thank-you.She arrived at the scene of a car crash in the highway.

The officer was in fact talking to a boy who had internal injuries and was very scared.

Corporal Chris Holly tried to keep the boy’s attention on him and not what others were doing. “And we just talked about school and his favorite video games and this and that,” he says.

“So, then I sang happy birthday to him. Just anything to get his mind off of what was going on,” explains Holly.

“At one point the child reached over and patted the officer on the head and then played with the officer’s hair,” recalls Denton.

She admitted this is one of the reasons she became a police officer; to help others regardless of race and skin colour.

“To me, it’s not really a big deal. There’s police officers all over the United States doing the same thing every day. You know, it’s just what we do,” explains Holly. “This kind of stuff is 90 per cent of our job; 10 per cent of it is, you know, catching bad guys, car chases, that kind of stuff.”
