If you are a lover of winter weather, you may want to book your next trip to Harbin, China. Harbin is the capital of the province of Heilongjiang and is located on the north-east side of the country. The city is holding its annual [Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival][1]. The festival first began in 1963, but was suspended during China’s Cultural Revolution. It resumed in 1985. The international event began on January 5 and will run until February 25, 2015. There are two main venues: Sun Island and Ice and Snow World.
