When your child is ill, you’ll do just about anything to get them back to being happy and healthy. Unfortunately, sometimes the solution isn’t as simple as you’d like it to be. That’s what happened for Debbie and her son, Tyler. The boy had a rare and troubling case of eczema that no doctor could treat — in fact, some of them didn’t even believe his symptoms were as severe as she described. That’s when Debbie took matters into her own hands to find help. This mother’s determination is truly inspiring. This caused the boy terrible pain and incessant itching. His mom, Debbie, couldn’t find a solution, no matter how hard she tried.
However, the doctors argued that her son’s pain shouldn’t be as bad as it seemed.
She ran across dermatitis specialist Dr. Richard Aron’s article online regarding the condition, and immediately contacted him. She filmed Tyler’s body and reactions to pain, and he contacted her immediately. After speaking, the doctor recommended lotion, corticosteroids, and antibiotics.
This change was created by simple solutions, none of which any other doctor recommended to her.
He was even able to resume life as a normal 6-year-old.
Tyler is a dancer, and said he hopes to dance in public for money. What he plans to do with it is adorable.
He hopes his story will inspire other children with his condition.
She doesn’t want another parent to go through what she has.
If they hadn’t kept searching for answers, Tyler wouldn’t be the happy and healthy boy he is today.
