Most of us will never see the inside of the Middle East’s grandest temples in person. Fortunately, photographer Mohammad Reza Domiri Ganji got permission to shoot the inside of these beautiful wonders. The 23-year-old year old student from Mazandaran traveled throughout Shiraz, Isfahan, and Yazd recording Iran’s most historically significant mosques and other architectural structures. Ganji told Daily Mail, “*Maybe some of these historical sites will not exist in 20 years or change a lot during that time. When I am capturing these pictures, I think about how they will be recorded and in future I hope people will be able to see their beauty.”* To see more of Ganji’s extraordinary photographs, visit his [website](http://gravity.ir/) and his [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/fisheyepov) page.
