The newest roller coaster at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio, is a triple threat. The Valravn is the world’s tallest, longest, and fastest dive coaster. Sandusky is the roller coaster capital of the world so it should come as no surprise that this ride would find its home here. The ride’s 75 miles per hour run might not be the scariest part. The 24 passenger cars make a complete stop from the tallest point for four-seconds prior to falling in a perfect 90 degree angle and 214 feet. Valravn is a supernatural bird from Danish folklore. Riders also get a fantastic aerial view of Lake Eire. The ride which opened to the public on May 7, 2016 is the ultimate adrenalin rush for the thrill seekers.
It’s The World’s Scariest Rollercoaster, And The POV Footage Is TERRIFYING.
