Cats rule the Internet more than any other animal. We just can’t seem to get enough of them. One cat named Pam Pam is getting lots of attention and gaining thousands of Instagram followers because of her incredible eyes. Due to a rare condition known as heterochromia iridis, Pam Pam has one green eye and one blue eye. Yes that’s right, two completely different colored eyes.
