Single Mom Couldn’t Pay Her Rent, So The Landlord Made Her An Offer… September 27, 2018

If you don’t believe in guardian angels you may not be looking hard enough. You might be expecting to see cherub-looking people with wings and halos but guardian angels are often disguised as regular folks simply doing kind acts towards each other. It doesn’t take a lot of hard work and effort to help others. Just the willingness to want to assist someone who is down on their luck. Giving someone your helping hand might just be the one thing they need for a better future. Pearl Zambrano found her guardian angel in the form of an old landlord. The single mother of two had lost her job and was homeless. This is not the first time the 26-year-old has helped others but this may be one of the few times someone was able to pay-it-forward to him.She had no one to turn to for help.

According to the Census Bureau, 45 per cent of children living with a single mom live below the poverty line.

The man gave Zambrano a place to live rent free.

Trevino had no idea his tenant had nominated him for anything.

She offered to pay him back little by little but he refuses.

Zambrano asked Trevino to go to her apartment to fix the front door.

He didn’t grow up with his father but heard stories about him helping others. The 26-year-old wants to emulate his dad’s good deeds.

He works 16-hour days to make sure everyone is taken care off and tenants do not incur late payment fees.

Trevino plans to use the $400 to help others.

Trevino hopes others will also begin to pay-it-forward.
