Somewhere in the arid deserts in the small town of Marana, Arizona, photographer Greg McCown was able to capture the shot of a lifetime. McCown spent years trying to get a picture like this. Recently, after being caught in a storm, he noticed a rainbow in the distance and began to follow it with his car. Just as he snapped the shot, a lightning bolt crashed down from the heavens, making for one hell pf a photograph. “This was the last bolt to strike before the storm dissipated into nothing,” McCown wrote on his website.
