Aaron Blaise is used to creating amazing illustrations of animals: He was one of the primary animators of classic Disney films such as Aladdin, The Lion King, and Beauty and the Beast. However, his latest illustration is close to his heart: It’s of Cecil the Lion, who recently made headlines after being killed by a poacher. In honor of Cecil, Blaise posted the digital rendering and time-lapse video of his work, along with a message: > As you may be able to tell I am a HUGE animal lover and it drives me crazy when I see these beautiful creatures destroyed for no good reason. In fact, I’ve decided to get personally involved and hopefully our efforts can help educate people and prevent these horrible things from happening in the future.
