Whenever most of us think of love, Hollywood depictions may come to mind: a passionate embrace in the midst of rainfall or a desperate race against time to reach the one who might get away so that a moving speech can be made that inevitably will make us reach for a tissue. But love in it’s truest form is much less cinematic and far more sublime. Korean artist “[Puuung][1]” has set out to change our perceptions of love in a series of illustrations that capture the small gestures like a peck on the cheek, a quiet moment together or even being silly that have the biggest impact. Each illustration is something we can all relate to and something that appears far more accessible than what we see on the big screen. Although the pictures are understated, they are more impactful and poignant and I admittedly did reach for a tissue while viewing. [1]: https://www.facebook.com/puuung1/timeline
