Manta rays tend to travel alone or in groups no bigger than 50. However, a group of over one hundred mantas met up in Okaloosa, Florida. Tourists were treated to the massive gathering. When the rays are close to shallow waters, it is usually to feast on coral spawn. The *mantas* can grow up to 25 feet in length and weight up to 3,000 pounds.
