Shi Liliang continues to prove that practice makes perfect. The Shaolin monk has broken his personal record of ‘walking on water.’ Liliang is from the Quanzhou Shaolin Temple in China. He ran 125 meters over 200 floating plywood planks. You may think that the planks helped Liliang tread over the water but they are too light to sustain his weight. Instead, the monk said that it takes walking quickly while taking small steps to achieve his goal. Liliang ran 118 meters last January. He has been practicing since 2005. This last feat took four tries for him to succeed. Watch the incredible video.
