For Alfie the dog, each and every day was a struggle. He spent his time chained up outdoors, neglected by his owners and left to do nothing but it on the concrete and pass the time. Because of this neglect, he was insanely mistrustful of humans, and barked hysterically whenever someone would come near him. Most people would have simply tried to ignore him, but luckily, Alfie’s neighbors were different. When they had finally had enough of watching him suffer, they did something unthinkable. Thankfully, it was the best thing that could have ever happened to Alfie.
