The Tourists Were Hoping To See An Orca, But This Was Beyond Their Wildest Dreams.

Orca whales are highly intelligent animals. They have their own communication method and are very social, living in pods. Approximately 50 orcas off Galiano Island, British Columbia, must have known there were tourists in the area. The blackfish put on a show for first-time whale watchers. What seemed to be only a few initially, turned up to be close to 50 blackfish. The whales rolled and tail-slapped for their audience. Nonetheless, the star of the show was a baby orca who seemed to love people’s reactions whenever he jumped out of the water.
