It takes a particular kind of person to be a teacher, and that’s certainly true for those who devote their lives to special education. The classroom is like a second home for students, which means that the environment the teacher cultivates is just as important as the one created by the parent. That being said, this teacher is doing it right. Instead of beginning his special education class with rules and review, this teacher does something incredible with the first 10 minutes of each day. Watching him interact with his students will definitely put a smile on your face — if only we could all have teachers like this one.
