If you love cute dogs and love good food, you have to follow Popeye the foodie on Instagram! He’s the cutest foodie you’ll ever see, and quite possibly one of the very few who are dogs. He’s a rescue mutt from Los Angeles area. He loves to dine out with his humans, trying out all the best spots around town. You can tell this guy has a very refined palette by now. It looks like he only eats the best. He makes me want to go out and try out all the places he’s eaten at. Who knows, maybe one day Popeye will bless us with his very own Yelp account filled with Yelp reviews. But until then, all we can do is drool over his photos of delicious food and take his word for the level of tastiness.
