We’ve all heard love stories, the good ones, the amazing ones, and the incomplete ones. People can find their soul mate at any point of time in their lives, regardless of whether they’re teens or in their late fifties. One should consider themselves lucky to find someone special as finding someone who is willing to reciprocate all the love and affection you have to offer with exactly the same intensity is very rare. In the current romantically challenged era we all live in, it’s easier to find a unicorn than that special one. However, even if one does find their ‘special someone’, maintaining the spark and chemistry in the relationship is a completely different story. At least that’s how Justin Pounders and Amy Giberson found each other.

It may sound quite ridiculous and funny, but the truth is that Justin and Amy first met when they were in preschool. While we were all busy fighting over colors, these two were already making a love connection.

These preschool sweethearts were very fond of each other even back then. They looked adorable holding hands and playing around. In this old preschool class photograph, they can be seen sitting together flashing big smiles at each other.

Unfortunately, life took them on separate paths. But after 30 years apart, fate brought them back together in 2014 through Match.com. The two hit it off right away, even though neither of them realized they shared a past. After talking for a while, they got the shock of their lives when they realized they went to St. Petersburg preschool together and were crushing on each other even back then.

Justin and Amy couldn’t believe their luck. They hadn’t spoken in 30 years and yet, here they were ready to pick up where they’d left off decades ago. You have to admit, this story would totally restore anyone’s faith in true love.

Even after all this time, the only thing that had really changed was their height. So they decided to go back to the beginning where it all began… their old preschool. As they began reliving all those memories, the two love birds grew closer and so did their love for each other.

They began making all the arrangements for their special day. With the help of their friends and family, they were able to pull off the perfect wedding in a very short time. Everyone put a lot of effort into this wedding and it was everything that the couple could have possibly imagined and more. The two preschool sweethearts got married in St. Petersburg at the Mahaffey Theatre. A former host named Michelle Collins served as the officiant. “I love you so much and thank you for making me your wife,” Amy told Justin. These two have a love story that can melt even the toughest of hearts. It’s like a Disney fairytale come true.
