Taking up residence with his former wife, Torontonian Manuela Testolini, Prince had some happy years in this sprawling estate — and now, it’s up for sale. Listed at $12.79 million, Prince’s former home won’t come cheap to anyone who wants to buy it, but for the ritzy Bridle Path neighborhood in Toronto, it’s still somewhat of a steal. That, plus the fact that it was owned by a now-deceased internationally acclaimed musician? Something tells us this won’t be on the market for very long.
