Nick McGee is used to cheering from the stands at Central Bucks High School South in Warrington, Pennsylvania. This time around, the school was celebrating the senior when he was named homecoming king. McGee’s queen is his friend Lily Bowman. The two teens have Down syndrome. Both McGee and Bowman are very popular in their school. Moments after hearing he was to be crowned, McGee ran to the stands and jumped for joy while the crowd cheered him on. Over the weekend, the friends attended the homecoming dance and were given the royal treatment. McGee hopes to work for the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team after graduation.
