For those of us with kids starting school, life is about to get a lot more hectic. Aside from the daily commute to school, lunches made, homework, and the extra curricular activities to top it off, you are left with little time to do anything else. And within the first few days of September you get that dreaded email or letter. The PTA request to raise funds for the school. It’s great to help our schools, but we all know the dreaded look on our faces as we go door-to-door with our children trying to sell coupon books, popcorn, among other things. The only comfort is knowing that your own neighbors will be harassing you for the same thing in a couple of days. One school’s PTA, however, had the most brilliant way to raise funds for their students. I may just casually slip this at my child’s school tomorrow.
