Pore strips are very efficient when it comes to removing blackheads. Make a mixture of honey and milk and warm it in the microwave for a few minutes, apply the mixture on cotton strips and pat it on the nose, leaving it there for 15 to 20 minutes. After it dries, gently peel it off from the skin.

Toner is very important if you have a porous skin and it is healthy to apply it after removing blackheads. To make it in your home, use apple cider vinegar and crushed mint leaves in equal quantities. Leave the mixture for a week in a cool dark place and store it in the refrigerator after straining it. If home remedies are not working on your skin, you can use professional products containing beta-hydroxy acid or salicylic acid. These two chemicals are very good at preventing clogging of pores.
