In addition to being ridiculously adorable, these baby rhinos have a hell of a past behind them: All of them watched as their moms were killed by poachers in the South African bush. Luckily, they were rescued, and sent to the Care for Wild Africa Rhino Sanctuary in South Africa. Though they were spared from untimely deaths and are happy and healthy in the largest rhino orphanage in the world, these baby rhinos still have normal needs — and act like normal babies. Just listen to them when they realize they’ve run out of milk. It’s not what you’d expect a baby rhino would sound like, but it’s the cutest thing you’ll see all day.
