Tal Peleg has been experimenting with her art ever since she can remember. From illustration to photography, she’s incredibly talented and open to experimentation — and now, she uses the human eye as her canvas. “Makeup is an amazing form of art,” Peleg wrote. “And I use it in order to make my eye tell a story.
