Japan’s largest airline company, ANA (All Nippon Airways) unveiled the most talked and hotly anticipated jet- the first of 3 upcoming “Star Wars” themed planes! This is certainly a treat for all Star Wars loving nerds out there. R2-D2 ANA jet is going into service this fall, internationally. The new Boeing 787 Dreamliner is inspired by the “Artoo Deetoo” robot character in the Star Wars universe. This jet has a lot to offer to its passengers; from in-flight entertainment to Star Wars- themed accessories, all within one flight. ANA also revealed some detail about the other 2 planes, but till now, we only know that they are also based on another Star Wars robot, BB-8. Fans have been eagerly waiting for these Japanese carriers and now that one of them is finally here, the excitement is uncontrollable.
