It’s one thing to rescue abandoned animals from the streets, but it’s quite another to think of something incredible for them to do once they’ve been rescued. Four dogs taken from slums and abandoned lots around Sao Paulo, Brazil were brought to the care of some loving humans, but they were also given a task: They were trained as “ball dogs” for an exhibition match at the Brazil Open tournament. In the video below, you can see the pups and their cool new trick in action. The best part? They have no idea they’ve got such an important gig: For them, it’s just the awesome game of endless fetch they always wanted.
