Michael Pederson is a Sydney resident who has a special knack for turning his city’s streets into his own personal comedic art project. Amidst the normal street signs — stop, yield, caution, etc — Pederson has inserted a few of his own, and it’s amazing how seamlessly they blend in. The artist makes use of park benches and blank walls to share messages with the public, meant to make the viewer do a double take and mentally remove themselves from the banality of everyday life, even if just for a minute.
