We appreciate subtitles, we really do. They provide the ultimate service, allowing people who have difficulty hearing (or have sleeping roommates) to enjoy their favorite shows, however quietly. But sometimes, whoever is behind the subtitle writing doesn’t get it exactly right. We’d call it a mistake, but if these subtitles are wrong, we don’t want to be right.
