Miracles can happen at any moment to anyone, without warning. Everyone encounters problems in their lives that seem too hard to deal with at times. Requiring outside help to overcome them is totally natural. There are countless stories of people who have survived the unthinkable. Surviving is one thing, overcoming the trauma, physical injuries, and damages is quite another. Animals, like humans also have the spirit to move forwards despite their circumstances.Walai Sriboonvorakul took pity on the kitten, adopted him and nursed him back to health.
Walai spotted the cat wandering around her neighborhood one night. “The first time I saw Able, I felt such energy and inspiration to live my life,” Walai says.
He also learned to move around with only two legs like climbing stairs. Able has learned to stand up and walk around on his hind legs. Although, his walk is more like a hop like a kangaroo.
During the initial stages of his recovery, his sore wounds restricted his movements. It took him four years to recover completely. Walai has done everything to give Able a normal life.
“He likes to play with children and will stare into your eyes to get what he wants,” Walai says. He also lives with his adopted sister Fin Fin who is special like him. Fin Fin cannot use her hind legs but she also moves around freely. They’re both inseparable. The felines have similar and yet opposite disabilities.
Able also has a strong Instagram followers with over 64,000 fans. This may be due to his cuteness as well as his perseverance to live a full life.
